2019 CAF PHOTO CONTEST RULES
The photo contest is open to all current members of CAF and/or ISAP. Each contestant may submit a maximum of three (3) entries.
Photos should be in digital format (JPEG), high resolution 3600 x 2400 pixels (12 x 8) @ 300 dpi, and must not be digitally edited aside from cropping and
adjusting color/light. Watermarked images will not be accepted. Landscape or vertical formats will be accepted.
Photographers are only eligible to win once per category. Only photographs shot after October 1, 2018, should be submitted.
All entries must be the contestant’s original work.
All entries should include the following:
1. Photographer’s name
2. Photo Caption/description
3. Specify Amateur or Professional Photographer
5. CAF or ISAP member
Upon submission of entry, contestants grant the CAF and ISAP full permission to use photos in any campaign or materials.
Entry submission period April 1, 2019 – July 1, 2019. Submit entries to firstname.lastname@example.org
Large files may be sent via email. Hightail, Google, Dropbox, and similar file sharing links will be accepted.
Each category will be divided and judged in
groups of professional/amateur photographers.
1. CAF Aircraft (Flying Aircraft)
2. Aviation Events (People)
3. Around the Hangar/Ramp (Static Hangar, Aircraft)
4. Warbirds (non-CAF aircraft)
For each category –
1st Place $75 Gift card to CAF Giftshop
2nd Place $50 Gift card to CAF Giftshop
3rd Place $25 Gift card to CAF Giftshop.
Winners will be announced and printed in the September Issue of The Dispatch.

All photos submitted for this contest, are submitted with the understanding that the person entering the photo is the rightful owner of the image. All contestants/photographers grant the CAF and ISAP permission to use images in any print or digital publications and/or websites or social media platforms where the photographer will receive photo credit by name, including but not limited to: websites, Dispatch Magazine, Digital Dispatch, ISAP Magazine, Digital ISAP Magazine, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest. If the photo is requested to be used for commercial use, beyond what is specified here, then the photographer of the image will be contacted for further usage by that party.
