Alan Forshee
I have been part of the aviation industry for forty-one years. I started with the U.S. Navy as an aircraft powerplant and fuel systems mechanic in 1982. After leaving the Navy I became an aircraft mechanic at McDonnell-Douglas and transitioned to Boeing. I am also an FAA-licensed Airframe and Powerplant mechanic. I was an aircraft production manager and ultimately became Senior Manager of Quality Nondestructive Tests.
I have always loved photography, starting with a Minolta X-700 film camera in 1982 and now using Nikon Z-9 for my work. I am a member of the St. Louis Camera Club and have won first place in several competitions, both club and non-club. I have placed in several others. I also love to print my images.
