Laura got her start shooting aviation when her dad trusted her with his Nikon F and his brand new 50-300 f/4.5 zoom lens enough to shoot the Goodyear Blimp that was flying overhead. Military aviation became a way of life after her husband joined the United States Air Force, and continues past his retirement.
Photography came back into her life as a hobby with the advent of digital cameras, and she took the plunge into DSLR’s with a Nikon D50 in 2005. Cats, kids, concerts, festivals, landscapes, nature, and aviation make up her portfolio, which can be seen here:
