Sam Knutson
An amateur photographer based in central Pennsylvania, Sam Knutson has enjoyed photography since his father fostered a love of it as a young man. Shooting and developing B&W images on 35mm in high school provided a solid foundation. More recently as an adult, he rediscovered the joy of smartphone photography.
Now a Sony shooter but continues to find the iPhone a great option for making images. Retirement from a long career around mainframe computers now allows him the opportunity to enjoy his passion for photography, especially aviation, and wildlife.
