I have always been interested in aircraft, especially military birds. As a kid, I knew all of the aircraft from WW2 and had pictures of them on my walls. Then as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, I had the chance to be around many different aircraft. I always wished I had a camera to get photos of the different birds. However, it was not until the advent of digital photography that I started taking photos. I bought a Canon Rebel and began to teach myself photography. Though landscapes are what I shoot the most it’s aviation photography that gets me as excited as a kid.
